Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

An Invitation to Our Inner Circle

La Bouquetiere Circle is our way of extending gratitude to those who cherish the art of fragrance, beauty, and refined living. As a member, each purchase brings you closer to exclusive rewards, thoughtful privileges, and curated experiences.

Participation in La Bouquetiere Circle constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

La Bouquetiere Circle is available to customers who create an account on:

To earn and redeem points, customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase.

Points are earned exclusively on purchases made through the website where the account is registered.

La Bouquetiere reserves the right to refuse membership, terminate accounts, or revoke rewards at its discretion if misuse or abuse of the program is suspected.

2. Program Structure

La Bouquetiere Circle is offered across multiple La Bouquetiere websites. While the experience remains consistent, each platform operates independently.

Each website maintains its own:

  • Customer account

  • Points balance

  • Rewards and redemptions

Points, rewards, and account activity do not transfer between websites.

3. Earning Points

Members earn points on eligible purchases as follows:

  • 2 points for every $1 spent

Points are awarded on the final purchase amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Points may not be earned on:

  • Gift card purchases

  • Shipping fees

  • Taxes

  • Promotional giveaways or complimentary items

Points will be credited to your account once the order is completed and processed.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Points may be converted into rewards and applied toward future purchases:

  • 1,000 points = $5 reward

  • 2,000 points = $10 reward

  • 5,000 points = $25 reward

Rewards:

  • May only be redeemed on the website where they were earned

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another customer or account

Unless otherwise stated, rewards may not be combined with public promotions, discount codes, or sitewide offers.

5. Points Expiration

Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

We encourage members to enjoy their rewards regularly as part of their La Bouquetiere experience.

6. Returns & Adjustments

If an order is returned, refunded, or canceled:

  • Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account

  • If rewards were used, the adjusted value may be reversed accordingly

La Bouquetiere reserves the right to correct any points balance errors at any time.

7. Program Modifications

La Bouquetiere reserves the right to:

  • Modify the rewards structure

  • Adjust point values or redemption thresholds

  • Update terms and conditions

  • Pause or discontinue the program

Any changes will be reflected on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

La Bouquetiere is not responsible for:

  • Unauthorized account use

  • Lost or misapplied rewards due to user error

9. General Conditions

The La Bouquetiere Circle program is intended for personal use only and may not be used for resale or commercial advantage.

Abuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or manipulation of points, may result in:

  • Loss of rewards

  • Account suspension or termination
